I think if you transfer money from a EURO neteller account to a merchant(SPORTSBOOKS) US DOLLAR account neteller will convert your money(EUROs) to US dollar for a fee and then sends it to the sportbooks. Im sure many of the books their accounts is setup for US dollar!
But the problem is neteller doesnt do bank wires in US dolllar anymore so isnt better for all the books to convert their neteller currency option to Euro? OR maybe its time for all books to open a second neteller merchant account in Euros!!

Thank you for your request. Due to recent legislative changes, NETELLER can no longer process USD bank wire withdrawals. This includes intermediary and beneficiary banks for international wires.
We remain committed to providing you with the following withdrawal options:
Issue a bank wire in another currency
NETELLER can issue you a bank wire in Euro or GBP with a foreign exchange fee (1.9% + daily rate). Australian residents can have their bank wires converted into Australian dollars with the same fees applied. This may take up to 15 business days to complete.
Please note the funds will be converted back to your bank account currency when they are received by your bank. Please enquire with your bank about any additional fees.
Open a NETELLER account in a currency other than USD
Your existing USD account will be closed and replaced with a new currency account. Please contact us to initiate this change.
Use the NETELLER Card
By certifying your bank account, we can give you a NETELLER Card which you can use to withdraw funds from ATMs anywhere in the world. To certify your bank account, we require a utility bill within the last three months and photo ID (a copy of your driver’s license or passport).

in such scenario you can only minimize the number of currency conversions you are going to get hit with.
Honestly if you are going to deposit in books that only take USD your best bet is to send the $ directly to the book USD >>>USD
if you open the neteller account in Euros and the incoming bank account is not in Euros you are bound for another currency conversion fee
btw your comment is totally correct, with USD market out of neteller.......they might as well allow EUR accounts so that non-USD customers have no problem at all
